Larke Peak (6,249m/20,501 ft) Larke Peak is a stunning alpine summit in Nepal’s Manaslu region. This climb is technical but rewarding, taking you up snowy and icy slopes with crampons and ice axes. Often combined with the Manaslu Circuit Trek, it offers an unforgettable mix of trekking and mountaineering. Rated moderate to challenging, it’s ideal for climbers with some high-altitude experience looking for a true adventure with spectacular Himalayan views.
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. After check-in, you can rest or explore the vibrant streets of Kathmandu. In the evening, expedition briefing and team introduction.

Scenic drive along the Prithvi Highway and Budhi Gandaki River valley. The journey takes approximately 8–9 hours through rural villages and terraced fields.
Begin trekking along the Budhi Gandaki River, crossing suspension bridges and passing small settlements before reaching Jagat, the entry point of the Manaslu Conservation Area.
The trail ascends gradually through forested paths, traditional Gurung villages, and narrow gorges. Overnight at Deng.
The trail passes through alpine forests and mani walls with increasing Himalayan views. Cultural influence shifts toward Tibetan traditions.
This is one of the most scenic trekking days. We pass through Lho village with magnificent views of Manaslu (8,163m). The trail continues through Shyala village offering panoramic Himalayan scenery before reaching the beautiful settlement of Samagaun.
Rest and acclimatization hike to Manaslu Base Camp or nearby viewpoints. Essential for proper altitude adaptation and summit preparation.
Leaving Samagaun, the trail gradually ascends through yak pastures and glacial moraines. We cross wooden bridges and enjoy dramatic alpine landscapes before arriving at Dharmasala, the base point for crossing Larke Pass.
Climb towards Larke Peak Base Camp. Establish camp, organize climbing equipment, and finalize summit logistics.
Short acclimatization hike and pre-summit climbing practice including rope techniques, use of crampons, and safety drills.
Early alpine starts for the summit push. Enjoy panoramic views of the Manaslu and Annapurna ranges from the top of Larke Peak. After summit success, descend carefully to Base Camp.
We cross the famous Larke Pass (5,160m), one of the longest high passes in Nepal. The descent offers stunning glacier and mountain views before reaching Bhimtang.
Descend through rhododendron forests and traditional villages, rejoining the Annapurna trekking trail at Dharapani.
After breakfast, drive to Besisahar and continue to Kathmandu by jeep or bus. Transfer to a hotel and relax after the expedition.
Free day for relaxation, shopping, or sightseeing. Optional farewell dinner in a traditional Nepali restaurant.
Transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your international departure according to your flight schedule.
