The Everest region in Nepal is more than just climbing and trekking, it is a life-changing experience and some see it as a journey close to achieving Nirvana. Located in the northeastern province of Nepal, this region is in a world of its own with vast glaciers, icefalls, the highest mountains, deep valleys, precarious settlements, and hardy people challenging the harshest conditions thrown at them by nature in the thin air of high altitude.

Passing through legendary Sherpa villages, the trek is a mix of deep cultural and spiritual experiences and physical challenges that test your strength and endurance. Buddhist lamas, monks and nuns led by Rinpoches (reincarnate at mas) serve the predominantly Sherpa communities from their gompas (monasteries).

Itinerary ( up to 50 days itinerary)

Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu,Nepal from your country.

Day 2 : Rest,check equipment with your guide.

Day 3 : Shopping,preparation.

Day 4 : Departure to Lukla Solukhumbu and continue to Phakding [2610m]

Day 5 : Phakding to Namche Bazar [3440m]

Day 6 : Explore up to Namche, Syangboche, Everest view point klumjung,Hillary School, Khunde hospital etc.and evening back to Namche.

Day 7 : Namche to Tengboche 3860 m visit Tengboche monastery in the afternoon or evening.

Day 8 : Tengboche to Dingboche-4210m

Day 9 : Rest and explore in Dingboche.

Day 10 : Dingboche to Lobuche 4825m

Day 11 : Lobuche base camp to Lobuche high camp- 5400m Advance high camp- 5700m &

Day 12 : Continue to high camp,Lobuche high camp to Gorak-Shep-5100m and Kalo Patther 5550m and stay over night in Gorak- Shep.

Day 13 : Gorak- Shep to Everest base camp 5350m.Rest get your 2nd duffel and prepare for ice training if you have time and not ready you can rest another day in Everest base camp.If you are ready you can start your ice training,ladder crossing for your better performance for Everest.

Day 14 : Again more training for more sure all technique activities. Rest and personal work time for family and friends business etc.

Day 15 : Hike to Pomari base camp.

Day 16 : Prepare for camp 1 - 6000m

Day 17 : Camp - 1 to Camp 2-6400m

Day 18 : Camp - 2 explore acclimatize button to Camp -3.

Day 19 : Camp - 2 to back to base camp.

Day 20 : Rest in the base camp,shower,laundry,time for family,friends etc.

Day 21 : Ice practice, hike to Kalo Patther.

Day 22 : Rest again and hang on for next plan is prepare/ be ready.

Day 23 : After open route till to camp-3 then base camp to camp 2.

Day 24 : Rest in camp 2.

Day 25 : Camp 2 to camp 3 stay over night in camp 3 for your better acclimatization.

Day 26 : Camp-3 to Camp-2

Day 27 : Camp-2 to base camp.

Day 28 : Go for your strength recovery to Debuche, Namche or Lukla, Kathmandu etc. for 3/5 days.

Day 33 : Back to Everest base camp.

Day 34 : Rreacclimatize & prepare for -2/3 days.

Day 38 : Base camp to camp-2.

Day 39 : Rest in camp-2.

Day 40 : Camp-2 to camp-3.

Day 41 : Camp-3 to camp-4.

Day 42 : Camp-4 to Summit Mount.Everest and back to camp-4.

Day 43 : Camp-4 to camp-2.

Day 44 : Camp-2 to base camp

Day 45 : Rest, pack for the kathmandu.

Day 46 : Fly back to Kathmandu by helicopter / airplane.

Day 47 : Rest & prepare 2 days in Kathmandu.

Day 50 : Fly back to your destination with one of the biggest achievement in your life with big smile, healthiest and the strongest.

Nepalese Visa charges
Extra night in Kathmandu: Extra night accommodation in Kathmandu. In case of early arrival or late departure, early return from the expedition (due to any reason) than the scheduled itinerary.
Insurance: Travel and High Altitude Insurance / Accident / Medical / emergency evacuation
Guide and assistance guide(Sherpa) summit Bonus: Mandatory – Minimum USD 1,500
